This business is something I have wanted to do since I was a little girl baking and jam making with Grandma Isabella.


She was an adorable lady who was always looking ahead to try new ideas in addition to her classics.


The raspberry jam is made from a 100 year old recipe, in small batches around 24 hours after picking the fruit! This ensued freshness and depth of flavour.


There is also lemon curd (usually made to order).


Baking is inspired from Grandma’s recipes for gingerbread, cup cakes, lemon drizzle and banana bread.

My niece Isabella is a great baker too and being vegan has helped perfect recipes to include those who have a plant based diet.
